Mixmix Cafe text updates is a text messaging program operated by Mixmix Cafe. Messages are sent from (502) 237-8674, which is a texting number and not the cafe's main phone line. If you opt in, we send the survey link and offer code you asked for, and — only if you chose them — occasional updates about the cafe such as new menu items, seasonal specials, changes to our hours, and events.

These terms apply to every message we send through the program. By opting in, you agree to them.

You join on our rewards and survey page by entering your mobile number and asking us to text you the survey. Marketing offers are a separate choice: an optional checkbox, unchecked by default, beside the number field. Printed QR signs in the cafe link to the same page. By opting in you confirm that the number is yours, or that you have the account holder's permission to enroll it.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You can buy anything we sell without joining the program. Some messages may be sent using automated technology.

Message frequency varies. We text only when there is something worth saying, and you may also receive one-time messages you specifically request.

Message and data rates may apply. Mixmix Cafe does not charge for this program, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges apply to every message you send or receive. Check your plan with your carrier if you are unsure of your rates.

Reply STOP to any message from (502) 237-8674 to cancel. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we will not text you again unless you opt in a second time.

The standard keywords CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, and STOPALL work the same way. You can also ask us to remove your number using the contact details below.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier, device, and coverage, and is not guaranteed.

Supported carriers may change without notice, and the program may not be available on every carrier or plan.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services. We never sell or rent mobile phone numbers.

The program is intended for adults with a mobile number in the United States. Please do not enroll a number that is not yours, and do not enroll a number on behalf of a child.

We may update these terms. The current version always appears on this page with its effective date, and continuing to receive messages after a change means you accept the updated terms.
